We are starting a new dental practice. Should we finance it even though we can pay for it. What is the benefit

Finance if a good interest rate is available. Hold onto the extra money to overcome unforseen hurdles or expenses and to sail through slow times. Financing also has tax advantages. Pay off financing early and you win on all counts.

  • If you can pay for it then i recommend you to pay for it and save the financing for when in need. Opening a business is always slow at first and you do not want the added burdens of interest unless it is a neccessary.References :

  • If you can pay for it do it,if not finance
